TERMS OF SERVICE

Be sure to read my TERMS OF SERVICE before commissioning me!

You are paying for my SERVICES, NOT a PHYSICAL PRODUCT.

Prior to commissioning any work, you as a client are expected to overview these terms before you file for commission to be produced by me.

You must be 18 years or older to order a commission.

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions upon payment through the corresponding invoice.

GENERAL:

You have to be 18 or older to commission me.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone without disclosing my reason.
I do NOT take NSFW commissions!
No shipping information is needed when paying, commissioners will receive a digital file.
All drawings will include a subtle signature that you may not remove.
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I do NOT accept private commissions.
I may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the client for other commissions or personal works.
I’m not obligated to store the finished artwork in my harddrive / portfolio / gallery forever. Please make sure to save it properly.
I am allowed to alter the TOS at any time. If it is altered the changes will be listed with a date at the beginning of the TOS.

PAYMENT:

Payment is taken through PAYPAL ONLY!
Payment is Euro only. Paypal automatically converts the currency for you.
Payment is up front. After I have received your payment I will start to work on your commission.
I will send you an invoice via PAYPAL. I will ask you for your paypal email.
Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send the payment. If you send me money directly, I will deny your commission.
I do NOT accept payment plans.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are available at any stage of your commission. If a refund is requested, you will be refunded based on the amount of work I’ve completed on your commission. Cancellations on my end can be issued at any time for any reason.
Not started = full refund
Sketched = 80%
Lined = 50%
Colored = no refund

I currently only offer flat colored commissions.

No refunds will be given for a completed piece, or at any time during the shading process.
Refunds will be issued exclusively by me. I do not allow chargebacks or disputes.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any stage, a full refund will be given.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate in clear/effective English, or

unforeseen inability to complete the commission.

VISUAL REFERENCE GUIDE:

You must provide at least one clear reference of the character. I do NOT work with a written reference.
Be sure to tell me any necessary information of your character that might not be visible in the refsheet.
Do NOT send me a shaded reference sheet. I can’t promise color accuracy with a shaded reference.
Please do not link me to your entire gallery. Design interpretation might be different between images, I can’t promise an accurate drawing of your character this way.

PROGRESS AND DELIVERY:

I will send you a WIP in the beginning (sketch stage) and in the middle of the process (lineart stage) unless otherwise specified.
Alteration requests during the sketch phase are unlimited. Once you have approved the sketch, I will NOT do any major alterations to your commission. Small tweaks are okay. I will not make any changes after your commission is officially completed.
I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an artwork based on the character you provide. I’m happy to match a pose, expression that you have in mind, please allow and expect some variation.
The time it takes to finish your commission varies, 1 week - 3 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, how many commission slots were taken, your place in the queue.
If you need the commission to be finished on a specific date, please say so and I will see what I can do for you.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.

ARTIST:

All commissioned work is my intellectual property, do not alter, copy, trace, trade, or sell my work under any circumstances.
Any usage of my work must be strictly non-profit. I do not consent for my work to be sold in any way, shape, or form.
I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal websites, artbooks, galleries, or social media.
I retain the right to promote myself with the commission work.

CLIENT:

Slight alterations in the commission are allowed, such as an icon, banner, etc you are allowed to add text and minimum effects.
Commissioner does NOT have the right to remove the watermark, or claim the illustration as their own.
You are expected to give proper credit in case of reposting it anywhere.
You are allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use only. (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my signature.
Heavily altering my artwork without my consent.
Doing any of the above will get you blacklisted and reported.

Below is a general guideline for what I will or will NOT draw.
Please keep my style in mind when ordering. My specialties are anthro / furry and demonic characters.
Things outside my comfort zone might not be as high in quality as something I’m used to doing.
